Message from the MIM Chair

Dear Prospective Student,
The International Partnership of Business Schools (IPBS) has a long tradition of accompanying students in their personal and career development internationally. The MIM programme, designed within the IPBS network, is certainly a challenging path for individuals with high expectations and strong motivation to pursue their goals.
Within the IPBS each Partner Institution strives to offer a programme whose contents and values can help you to make the most of your potential. The MIM programme is an exciting programme in which business skills, ethical principles and social sensitivity are fully integrated. It is a “hands-on” programme that is both rigorous and up-to-date.
In this educational effort we all struggle to overcome the dilemma of being global and local at the same time. The use of English for all lectures, regardless of the country of study, the global faculty involved in the programme make the MIM a global product yet not a standard one. The international mobility between Partner Institutions, the contribution of the local corporate world, the international diversity in the classroom teaches students at the same time the importance of local practices. All of this essential knowledge and skills are needed to take on managerial positions with companies operating in the global market.
